POEA Job Position: Panel Beater

We are seeking skilled PANEL BEATER with a minimum of 6 years of experience to be deploy in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse vehicle repair method and manufacturer specifications and carry out structural panel replacement in line with manufacturer directives and business quality standards
• Perform a variety of repair tasks, including but not limited to:

• Plastic repair and gluing
• Adhesive metal bonding and panel bonding
• Corrosion protection and foam application
• Riveting
• Welding and identifying different types of steel

• Accurately realign chassis and body frames using chassis machines and measurement systems. Record and upload before-and-after chassis measurements to the job report.
• Conduct quality checks on repair operations before refinishing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and signed.
• Perform quality checks on reassembly operations before vehicle detailing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and signed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of Panel Beater experience.
• Strong understanding of panel beater techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Completed 4 years of high school + 1-year full-time study in college or can easily pass IELTS/PTE exam.
• Has good English communication skills.
