JOB DESCRIPTION

A fast growing business in the automotive exhaust and accessories industry, we are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to our team.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful applicant will be required to support all aspects of the production process from prep through to completion.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Always adhering to Occupation Health and Safety requirements;
• Preparation of components using tube forming machinery:
• Construction of Exhaust Systems using MIG Welding:
• Receiving of stock:
• Good housekeeping and warehouse management:
• Ad-hoc duties as needed.

Must have the following

• Previous MIG Welding experience (preferably in the fast pace environment)
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a team;
• Excellent communication and organisational skill:
• A positive and energetic attitude with a great work ethic;
• Physically fit for manual handling duties;
• Previou experience working in a warehouse.

Advantageous skills/experience in:

• Previous experience in Tube Forming:
• Knowledge of Exhausts and/or Motor Mechanics;
• Computer literacy:
• Forklift and/or Stock Picker license.
