• Knowledgeable in farming best practices and machinery in farming.
• Able to Work longer hours
• Has good communication skills, experience in repairing faulty farm machineries or vehicles
• Has experience in overseeing farm workers.

Job Description:

• Supervise, monitor and enforce procedures to maintain animal and crop health and welfare.
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies.
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
