Job Description:
• Also known as travel clerks or reservationists, reservation agents provide booking and reservation services to customers.
• These services may include reserving hotel rooms, airline tickets, rental cars, or cruise cabins.
• Making reservations for customers depending on their requirements and budgetary allowances.
