Qualifications:

• Male only
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years work experience on the same field
• With valid Passport
• Conduct environmental impact analysis and feasibility studies under a multifaceted setting involving land, sea or air preconditions
• Permitting of projects with local, state or national agencies
• Engaging in public involvement/community outreach efforts
• Excellent verbal communication, technical writing, computer, and research skills.
