Qualifications:
• Current Financial member of Certified Practicing Accountants Papa New Guinea (CAPNG) or other recognized International Accounting
• Organization (such as PICPA) recognized by CPAPNG.
•Knowledge in Accpac, or knowledge in other ERP based accounting system
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PPT, Etc.)
• At least 5 years of a relevant supervisory or managerial role, preferably in Transport Industry.
• In good health and Able to travel (air) to other centers in PNG
• Be able to extended hours, weekends and public holidays as required

Job Description:
• To assist the Divisional Financial Controller and General Manager in formulation and implementation of policies that affect PNG Air Freight Limited and PNG Worldwide Removalist.
• Oversee, direct and control performances of PNG Air Freight Limited and PNG Worldwide Removalist Accounts Team to ensure that all financial and operational control policies and procedures are carried out in line with the Company’s set of internal control systems.
• Work closely with the Branch Managers and other department heads in the implementation of these controls.
• Reviews and finalizes financial reports and analysis at the regional level on a monthly basis.
• Liaise with Branch Managers and other department heads to action variance, when necessary
• Ensure that all General Ledger Accounts reconciled on a monthly basis in coordination with the Divisional Financial Controller and Finance counterpart with other divisions under Kenmore.
• Assist the Divisional Financial Controller in formulation of Forecast and Budget of PNG Air Freight
Limited and PNG Worldwide Removalist.
• Carry out other relevant duties as required by the Divisional Financial Controller and General Manager
