Objective: To efficiently process and manage loan applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks to support the finance broker team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loan Application Processing.
• Review and verify loan application documents submitted by clients.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with Australian lending standards.
• Enter and update client data in the loan processing system.
• Liaison and Communication
• Coordinate with Australian brokers, lenders, and clients to gather additional information or clarify details as needed.
• Communicate any discrepancies or missing documents promptly to ensure smooth processing.
• Compliance and Quality Control
• Conduct preliminary assessments of loan applications to ensure they meet lender criteria.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian mortgage regulations and lender policies.
• Ensure all files are accurately documented and stored securely. Administrative Support:
• Prepare and organize loan files for submission to lenders.
• Track the progress of loan applications and provide regular updates to the finance broker team.
• Manage and prioritize multiple loan files to meet deadlines.
• Reporting: – Generate regular reports on loan processing activities and outcomes.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and efficiency.
• Expected Outcome: – High accuracy in loan processing with minimal errors or delays.
• Effective collaboration with the Australian-based team to ensure seamless operations.
• Compliance with Australian lending regulations and company standards.
