POEA Job Position: CSR Tech Support – Onsite

Location: Cebu City, Philippines

Work Setup: Onsite Shift: Mid  Shift

Join our dynamic team and help us provide exceptional customer service in the retail and sales industry! We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about helping customers and driving sales.
Job Description:
• Answer inbound call or chat/email/sms within the service level requirement
• Monitor and track escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution and communication.
• Ensure callbacks are made real-time and as promised
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes, action plans, and preventive measures.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management and customers on the status and progress of
escalated issues.
• Analyze and report on escalation trends, patterns, and metrics.
• Develop and implement best practices and processes for escalation management.
Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years old and above
  • At least High School Graduate ( Old Curriculum 2015-below)
  • SHS Graduate ( New Curriculum)
  • ALS Passer ( Qualified for College-has a certificate that he/she is qualify to enroll in college)
  • Not a student or currently enrolled
  • Preferably at least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a telecommunications or BPO setting.
  • No experience is welcome to apply.
  • At least a Senior High School Graduate or a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond with empathy.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and telecommunications services.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications systems is an advantage but not required.
