We are currently seeking a skilled Galvanizer with at least 5 years of experience in specializing in hot-dip galvanizing. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hot-dip galvanizing on various steel structures and components.
• Conduct pre-treatment, fluxing, and galvanizing processes to ensure the highest quality finish.
• Inspect and measure the thickness of the zinc coating.
• Troubleshoot and address issues related to the galvanizing process.
• Perform electroplating on metal components
• Prepare and clean materials before plating to ensure adhesion and uniform coating.
• Monitor electroplating tanks, including adjusting chemical composition and temperature.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hot-dip galvanizing.
• Strong understanding of galvanizing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Proven experience with quality control standards in galvanizing.
• Experience in Blasting and Painting is a Plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and safety-conscious environment.
• Willingness to undergo an IELTS review and test (English language proficiency is required for this position).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Has good English communication skills.
