POEA Job Position: Heavy Equipment Mechanics with ASPALTH PAVE Experience

We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanics with ASPALTH PAVE Experience with a minimum of 6 years of experience to be deploy in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• A sound working knowledge of the terminology used and processes involved in the manufacture and application of asphalt paving.
• Identify areas of capital equipment, plant and machinery and motor vehicles requiring maintenance and initiate methods of repair and improvement.
• Carry out repairs on machinery, plant, equipment and motor vehicles as required, in a program of remedial maintenance.
• Initiate and implement a program of preventative maintenance for all vehicles, machinery and plant as they are identified for the company maintenance system.
• Maintain a maintenance program for all permitted heavy vehicles as required by the company Fatigue and Maintenance System.
• Conduct annual Roadworthiness inspections and new Roadworthiness inspections on all vehicles registered under the company Fatigue and Maintenance System.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance in Asphalt Paver.
• Extensive experience in Bitumen Spraying and heavy-duty earth moving equipment
• Completed 4 years of high school + 1-year full-time study in college or can easily pass IELTS/PTE exam.
• Has good English communication skills.
