QUALIFICATIONS:

• MALE- Filipino;
• 20-40 years old;
• At least High School graduate;
• With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
• Motivated to work in Japan for 3-5 years;
• Mentally and physically fit;
• With 1-year work experience as a backhoe operator construction works w/ driver’s license 1,2,3,8.
• Applicants must be willing to do earthworks.
• Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for 320 hours;
• If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
• Complete documentary requirements.
