Job Description:

  • Responsible for greeting and welcoming ests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing
    mail and packages
  • Answering all queries and directing as needed, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
  • Help maintain workplace security by checking people in, maintaining visitor logs, and issuing visitor
    badges when necessary.
