• Maintenance of transmission tower structures and associated hardware
• Replacement of transmission tower steel or other hardware
• Carry out hand and power tool cleaning to required standards
• Use water blaster for surface preparation and wash-down purposes
• Operate equipment and apply coating systems to required standards
• Determine coating quality through visual inspection and use of test equipment
• Knowledge and identification of coating systems including vinyl and epoxy systems
• Preparation of single and two pot paint systems
• Install and refurbish tower earth plates
• Re-torque tower bolts
• Free climbing towers to undertake the above tasks
