POEA Job Position: Loan Processor

Salary: Php20,000-22,000 monthly basic

We’re seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our team, supporting a mortgage brokerage client in Australia. This role will be critical in managing loan applications, processing client information, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow through MyCRM, the CRM tool used within the LoanMarket aggregator network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage loan applications, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Utilize MyCRM to track client interactions, manage applications, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Communicate with clients and lenders to gather necessary documents and provide updates on application status.
• Support the brokerage team by managing client files and meeting regulatory requirements as set by the LoanMarket network.
• Collaborate with brokers to streamline workflows, enabling a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with MyCRM and familiarity with the LoanMarket aggregator network is required.
• Proven track record in loan processing or a related role within the mortgage industry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for client and lender interactions.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
