Job Description:

• Duties and responsibilities include rigging, general maintenance, and services on Suzuki, Yamaha
  Outboard Motors.
  Applicants should be capable of accurately diagnosing and repairing failed engine issues in an
  efficient manner, keeping precise records of work performed, and adhering to company work safety
  policies.
• Technicians should be familiar with and able to use Suzuki & Yamaha’s websites to assess different
  engine models and locate parts.
• Applicants should have a full complement of tools to facilitate repairs on any Suzuki, Yamaha
  Outboard Motor.
• This is a full-time position with the possibility of overtime if necessary.
• Applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Rigging, Maintenance, Services, and Diagnostics:
• Rig new vessels & engines and perform repairs in coordination with our customers.
• Perform scheduled services on Suzuki, Yamaha Outboards
• Perform inspections of customers’ vessel and recommend necessary service
• Diagnose and test mechanical and electrical failures on customer vessels
• Repair vessel issues effectively and efficiently
• Sea trial customer vessels as necessary
