QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive
business growth.
• Experience in implementing digital and social media marketing channels will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices.

Job Description:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our insurance products and services,
utilizing both traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Lead the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets and drive
revenue growth.
• Ensure effective customer service operations, including timely and accurate handling of inquiries,
complaints, and claims.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to generate insights and make data-driven decisions to
optimize marketing and sales efforts.
