POEA Job Position: Painter

Location: Maldives

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• With high school diploma
• Minimum 5 years experience as painter
• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a painter
• Able to do spray paint finish as well as manual painting and putty works Good knowledge of types of paints and mixing ratios
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Able to work under pressure

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Furniture paint finish as per specification and instructions by designers and supervisors
• Putty and paint work on wall on ceiling
• Touchup works.
• Prepare surfaces for painting
• Maintain a good quality of paint finish on the furniture’s.
