POEA Job Position: Painting & Insulation Cost Engineer

Location: South Korea

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interested applicants must possess at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT
• CONSTRUCTION (G.e. Oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical).
• 3 or more years of experience in Estimation and Quotation of Plant construction of Painting && Insulation
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Fluent in English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis of construction plan; Design drawing review and quantity analysis;, Material procurement plan, installation; equipment and manpower mobilization plan establishment
• Feasibility of subcontractor’s construction schedule; Subcontractor’s Reasonal Direct & Indirect Cost in construction plan; Comparison costs and Manpower, etc among subcontractors
• Ability to compose/review the Documents in construction such as method statement and/or procedures
• Method/Procedures statement Analysis of construction plan
