EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Executive Assistant Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support solopreneurs and new entrepreneur Clients within our Australian based BPO Agency. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a diverse skill set, including email and data management, scheduling, appointment setting, diary management, and basic marketing and social media skills.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize email inboxes, responding to and prioritizing communications.
– Handle scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management to ensure smooth daily operations.
– Assist with basic marketing tasks such as social media management, content posting, and engagement.
– Create, update, and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and client information.
– Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
– Help with basic project management tasks, ensuring timelines and tasks are on track.
– Research and gather information to assist with decision-making and strategic planning.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working with solopreneurs or small business owners.
– Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or scheduling software.
– As this role is targeted towards supporting new entrepreneurs and solopreneurs, your ability to be dynamic, adaptable and willing to think outside the box, and support all business functions is crucial, and have a “can do” attitude.
