Lead Generator Virtual Assistant (Philippines)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generator Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting market research, and supporting sales efforts. You will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by building and maintaining a comprehensive database of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research to identify target audiences and potential leads.
– Generate and qualify leads through various channels (online platforms, social media, email campaigns).
– Organize and maintain a lead database with up-to-date contact information.
– Assist in outbound prospecting activities such as cold emailing and social outreach.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead management.
– Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and performance.

Requirements:
– Proven 2+ years experience as a lead generation specialist, sales associate, outbound call centre agent or similar role.
– Strong research and data analysis skills.
– Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation software (they must specify which database and CRMs they have proficiency in, HUBSPOT is a popular CRM tool for lead gen)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Copywriting skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to follow up and re-target leads
– Nurture leads in email campaigns (preferred but not essential)

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, or online advertising.
– Familiarity with sales funnels and digital marketing strategies.

This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for growth within our Agency.
Average monthly salary is between 30k-40kPHP per month
