Qualifications:
• At least 10 years work experience in a Breeder or Grand Parent farm performing managerial duties.
• Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Physical requirements: walking and standing for long periods of time.
• Occasionally lift and or move up to 20kg

Responsibilities:
• Prepare farm for incoming parent stock. This includes pre-loading audits to ensure poultry houses are
ready for incoming chicks.
• Ensure brooding procedures are followed. This includes temperature settings, fan timing, chick
activity and drinker/ feeder set-up. Monitor chick activity and well-being.
• Evaluate and identify flock related problems. Recommend appropriate corrective action.
