POEA Job Position: Production Engineer

Location: Japan

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires Male or Female applicants
Candidates must have at least Bachelor’s / College Degree
Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience for this position
Tact up and error rate reduction to improve machine performance.
Machine specification changes for zero downtime, etc.
Analysis of accumulated operating conditions to improve machine performance.
Daily and periodic inspections of production equipment, measurement, data input, return to normal operation of production equipment, component replacement, adjustment, and maintenance.
Machine maintenance and Machine Troubleshooting.
Experience in process control and improvement.
Experience in human resources training.
Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
Experience in working in the shifting (Day and Night).
