POEA Job Position: Tunnel Operator

Location: United Arabia Emirates

Qualifications:

Candidates must have at least Bachelor’s / College Degree
The job requires both Male and Female applicants.
Minimum of 8 years working experience is required for this position

Additional Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Communication
Minimum 8 years exp in tunnel system operation and supervision
Checking and monitoring the tunnel operator’s activity
Verifying the incident reports and reporting to clients
Act like incident commander by following the protocol
Studying the weather condition and forecast
Liaising with stakeholders to clear the incident
Reporting to management
Processing the work orders and verifying the daily logs on shift basis
Training the operators as per the updated SOPs ( standard operating procedure)
Creating the new messages in the VMS ( Variable Message System) library
Monitoring the tunnel closures for incidents and maintenance
Exp in CCTV, SCADA, FA, FF, ACS, Ventilation, Drainage, Lighting etc
