POEA Job Position: Welder Fabricator

Job Description:

Fabricate and weld stainless steel components for food manufacturing equipment
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy of final product
Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions, using hand and power tools
Operate welding equipment to fuse components together and perform finishing tasks such as grinding polishing and buffing
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fabrication, with a focus on food manufacturing and stainless-steel welding
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Ability to measure and cut materials to precise dimensions
Basic knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
