Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Verify patients’ insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details.
• Contact insurance providers to confirm benefits, coverage limitations, deductibles, copayments, and authorization requirements.
• Process and submit medical claims accurately and within established timelines.
• Monitor claim statuses and follow up on pending, rejected, or denied claims.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate claim corrections or resubmissions.
• Maintain accurate patient insurance and billing records.
• Communicate with internal teams, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve billing and coverage concerns.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and internal procedures.

• At least 6 months BPO experience handling US Healthcare Insurance
• Experience with claims, denials, appeals
• Must have VOB (Verification of Benefits) experience
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Adaptability to a changing work environment  
• Ability to remain calm under pressure 
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Amenable working night shifts
