QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male or Female
• 19-39years old
• At least high school level
• 2 years work experience as butcher
• Processing of beef, lamb, pork & chicken
• Use of knife & band saw to trim, dice & cut meats
• Cleaning, washing & maintenance of site facilities
• Quality control & checking
• Perform manual handling of products weighing up to 25kgs
• Superior knife skills
