POEA Job Position: Concrete Batch Plant Supervisor

Location: Papua New Guinea

Qualifications:

• Certification from a vocational school or trade school
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Basic IT Skills
• Capable of training subordinates for future succession
• Capable of working in a team environment
• Capable of working in a remote environment if required
• With Valid Driver’s license

Key Accountability:

• Set up and manage a mobile batch plant
• Batching of orders to specified mix design
• Planning and allocating trucks to ensure the smooth operation
• Overseeing the day to day activities of production staff including plant and machinery maintenance
• Managing the day to day administration of the batch plant including stock control and QA
• Must have a strong focus on safety and quality whilst hitting production target
