JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting customers with processing transactions such as remittance, deposit, withdrawal and payment, resolving complaints or accounts discrepancies
• Handling currency, transactions and confidential information in a responsible manner using software to track information and generate reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicants must good in English communication
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field maybe preferred
• Cash handling experience and raining required
• Professional appearance and courteous manners
• High Level of Accountability, efficiency and accuracy
