POEA Job Position: Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant

Location: Papua New Guinea

Requires an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to “The office of General Manager” . The candidate will perform various administrative duties and prioritize tasks in a fast-pased work environment.

1. Qualification / Education Requirement

  •  Bachelor degree / Diploma in Business or related.
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage,

2. Experience

  • 2+ years work experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary.

3. Knowledge and Role Expectations

  • A point of contact where all communication to office of General Manager are screened, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Any other duties as and when required.
