POEA Job Position: Accountant

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and in accounting software as a tool.
• Knowledgeable in inventory and stocks control procedure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Computing taxes. Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
