QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience as Boat Builder (Aluminum)
• Must have experience in building vessels across one or more of Boats ranges to a quality and time that matches the Boats standard.
• Takes ownership of build quality for projects assign
• Not accepting of poor workmanship in self or other team members
• Works with other team members to ensure overall quality standards are met
• Make recommendations to lead boat builder and Fabrication
• Supervisor for changes that reduce re-work by team
• Quality builds that match the agreed Boats customer experience, in a scalable and profitable manner
• Workshop housekeeping maintained to a showroom

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must have ready passport
