• at least High School Graduate
• Willing to be Trained
• Work experience is not a requirement, but is a plus.
• Caregiving NC II, BS Nursing or any Medical Related Course is not required but it’s a PLUS

SSW (Specified Skilled Worker)

• Japanese Exam Certificate (JLPT, JNAT, JTEST, JET)
• NC II Caregiving Certificate
• TITP (Technical Intern Training Program)
• Japanese Exam Certificate (LPT, JNAT, JTEST, JFT)
• Prometric Exam (English & Japanese)
