Qualifications:
• Graduate in vocational Tesda or Equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in carpentry and masonry works
• Valid NC II
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Job Description:
• Installing, repairing, and making window frames, doors, stairs, siding, porches, cabinets simple
furniture.
• Make use in construction task appropriate wood joints dovetail, miter, mortise and tenon.
• Makes estimates materials and labor for Mason
• Construct block, stone and brick walls, Manholes, chimneys, columns, partition and other structures.
• Setting lines, constructing forms mixing of concrete cement mortar, pouring of concrete
• Finishing concrete surface joint and walls
• Levels, plumb bobs vibrators
• Lime mortars
• Make quantity estimates materials and labor
