Qualifications:

• Ex-Bechtel preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience required.
• Must have good skills in speaking, writing, and reading English.

Job Description:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and equipment.
• Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.
• Assist in modifying or planning new installations to minimize waste of materials and provides access
  for future maintenance
• Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment or follows diagrams or blueprints
• Works around hazardous wiring
• Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit using rulers and hand tools
  such as hacksaw, pipe threader and conduit bender
• Splices wires by stripping insulation from terminal leads with knife or pliers, twisting or soldering
  wires together and applying tape or terminal gaps
• Connects wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment using hand tools
• Installs control and distribution apparatus, such as switches, relays and circuit breakers panels,
  fastening in place with screw or bolts using hand tools and/or power tools
• Unwinds the drum by pulling the cable
• Connects power cable to equipment using hand tools
• Observes functioning of the installed equipment
