• With relevant local & GCC experience in similar position in hotel and casual dining restaurants
• Creating confectionery and other pastry-based items in the food, hospitality, or retail industries
• Assists in managing daily operations in the kitchen
• Prepares and develops baked goods to add to a bakery’s menu.
