• Can communicate well in English and well detailed and oriented.
• Should be able to delegate task to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.
• Familiar with sanitation regulations

Job Description:

• Needs to run a smooth operating kitchen.
• With food preparation skills in the kitchen.
• With a high level of discipline and strong leadership and management skills.
• Preferably with overseas experience in a hotel.
