Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience in international cuisine
• Experience in high-pressure, high volume environment is desirable
• Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking)
• Cruise ship experience is an advantage
• Number of candidates needed: 100
• Open to both Male and Female Chefs
