• College graduate
• Have at least 2-3 years experience Head Supervisor
• Have at least 3-5 years experience – Assistant Manager/0perations
• Must be a team player / leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy (except for Chef)
• Ability to work as part of a team
