QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced Computer Skill : Excel, AutoCAD, MS-Word, PPT
• Proficient user of MS Office; Fluent in English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interested applicants must possess at least 3 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical).
• Document Work for Bidding, SOI / SSR; Sub-con ITB / TBE /CBE; Technical Report for Construction
• Construction Review for Bidding, PQ Evaluation; Technical Bid Evaluation; Commercial Bid Evaluation;
• Construction Schedule; Unit Price & Quantity; Constructability Review
