POEA Job Position: Quality Planning Engineer

Location: South Korea

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four (4) or five (5) year Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; 15 or more years of experience in QC Works (belong to Contractor or PMC Side)
• 10 or more years of experience in Refinery/ Petro-Chemical/ Gas / Power Plant etc. (belong to Contractor or PMC Side) or more years of experience in QC Supervisor of capital projects quality (belong to Contractor or PMC Side)
• 5 or more years of experience in Quality Planning Works at Head Quarter (Major EPC Company)
• ISO 9001:2015 IRCA Lead Auditor Certificate Holder
• Proficient user of MS Office; Fluent in English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quality Monitoring Document such as KPI Performance; Submission of ITB Document for Quality Requirements; Project Technical Specification including Special Process
• Quality Works Support for Project TFT Office; Early Set Up of Project Quality Management System; PQP and QP according to IS09001 and Contract Requirements
• Preparation of Site Quality Manpower Mobilization Plan; Review of Project Requirements (Contract, Spec., Local Regulation)
• Planning of MDR (Master Deliverable Register) acc. to Project Sch.; Submission of CR (Concession Request), TQ (Technical Query)
• Review of Civil Laboratory, NDE, PWHT Works; Planning and Execution of Project Internal Quality Audit
• Quality Risk Management; Management; Monitoring and Support of Project KPI and QRI;
• Direct Business Trip Support Upon Project Site Request
