Qualifications:
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree
Setting and operating the CNC Machine, program optimizing/writing 3 and 4 axis machining centres (Fanuc, Okuma, Heidenhain controls)
Able to interpret complex drawings and 3D CAD Models
Good working knowledge of G and M codes
Tools and datum settings
Adjust H and D offset
Use of measuring equipment such as veriers, micrometers, DTI’s
Deburring machine components to a high level of finesse
Quality compliance using in-process inspections and peer checking in accordance with certification ISO 9001 quality management procedures
