POEA Job Position: Cold Caller

Location: Pasig City, Philippines

Location: Pasig City 

Salary: Php20,000-25,000 monthly basic

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling, specifically within the financial or loan industry. Proficiency in HubSpot is essential, as you will be responsible for managing leads, tracking interactions, and optimizing outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce clients loan products and services.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
• Utilize HubSpot to manage and track calls, leads, and client interactions.
• Maintain detailed records of communications and outcomes in client CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Stay updated on loan products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Meet and exceed monthly call and conversion targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cold caller, preferably in the loan or financial services industry.
• Experience  with HubSpot is a MUST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
• Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations.
