POEA Job Position: Concrete Placer

Location: New Zealand

QUALIFICATIONS:
To be suitable for this role you must

• Be able to place and finish concrete to a high standard.
• Be able to work unsupervised.
• Be able to communicate effectively with customers and the creW.
• Have and maintain a full driver license & transport.
• Machine/Digger Operator Experience, not essential but would be helpful.
• Be physically fit & healthy.
• Show up on time every day.
• Be able to work Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.
• Have a great work ethic and an eye for detail.
• Take pride in your work and WANT to do a top quality job.

To be suitable for this role you must:

• Be able to place and finish concrete to a high standard. Specifically, experienced hand screeder, hand trowel finishing, experienced operating walk behind power floats, edging experience, experience exposing/washing off exposed aggregate concrete
• Experience cutting concrete would be great.
• Be able to work unsupervised.
• Be able to communicate effectively with customers and the creW
• Have and maintain a full driver license & transport.
• Machine/Digger Operator Experience, not essential but would be helpful.
• HT/Class 2 and or Class 4 truck licence (transferable to NZ licence).
• Be physically fit & healthy.
• Show up on time every day.
• Be able to work Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.
• Have a great work ethic and an eye for detail.
