POEA Job Position: Concrete Workers

Location: Finland

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male/Female (23-45yrs old)
• Should have Good English skills (fluent in English)
• At least High School Graduate
• Ability to perform strenuous tasks
• With at least 1 year experience as in manufacturing concrete elements
• Must have worked in a factory, manufacturing concrete elements from the start to the beginning preferably concrete wall elements
• Physically fit and Healthy
• No Criminal Record
• Establish and maintain good relationship with co-workers

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Will be working in a factory in Kangasala Western Finland
• Designing and building forms, pouring concrete, spreading and smoothing using proper tools
• Setting up the forms, Uses wire mesh to reinforce the concrete
• Molding expansion joints and edges
• Manufactures the whole element from start to finish
• Keep working area safe
• Working hours vary between 810 hours a day (Monday to Friday)
• Posses a high standard quality of work
