POEA Job Position: Control And Instrumentation Construction Cost Estimation

Location: South Korea

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 or more years of experience in Control & Instrumentation (C&) Construction Cost Estimation for Refinery/ Petro-Chemical/ Oil and Gas / Chemical/ LNG etc.
• Proficient user of MS Office; Fluent in English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interested applicants must possess at least 3 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical).
• Preparation of Sub Contractor Quotation (Control and Instrumentation); Owner’s ITB Review, Query Correspondence; Subcontractor List; Solicit of Interest (SOD, Sub-contractor Status Report (SSR)
• Pre Qualification; Design, Construction BOQ; Sub Con Plan; Temporary Electrical Equipment Design, Sizing ITB; Construction ITB Submit Quotation Receiving, Evaluation (Control); Subcontractor Quotation Expediting; Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) / Cost Bid Evaluation (CBE)
• Construction Proposal Review, Owner’s Price Schedule; Negotiation;
• Support of Plant Control Equipment Construction, Test; Cable Pulling / Cable Tray / Conduit installation; Instrument Installation
• Control Equipment Installation / Test (DCS, ESD, FGS, VMS, Metering system, etc); Pre-Commissionin8 (Loop Test, Function Test, SAT)
