QUALIFICATIONS:

1 Post OMR 350/-
Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in the field of Customer Service. Having good product knowledge of Televisions, Home Appliances, and handheld devices (cell phone, tabs, laptops). Required good communication skills, corresponding through emails, maintaining the PR with Principles, submitting the claims, maintaining the data, and following up for approvals. Coordinating between Service executives and the manufacturers.
