POEA Job Position: Cost Engineer/ Quantity Surveyor

Location: Saudi Arabia

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Experience in preparing building maintenance, renovation and enhancement project cost estimates (Building trade and Electromechanical works) at the various stages of the project. Cost analysis, cost controls and reporting activities
• Bachelor in Engineering/ with experience as Cost Engineer/ Quantity Surveyor
• Maintenance and Projects Management
