Customer Integrations Project Manager I

Job Summary:

Manages the integration and support of multiplatform systems. Including the plans, implementation and evolution for the design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, delivery and support of the platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the integration and support of multiplatform systems.
• Plans, implements and evolves the design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, delivery and support of the platforms.
• Manages development projects and application support functions.
• Communicates and coordinates with customers on deliverables.
• Translates business requirements into technical requirements and deliver requested output timely and accurately.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively at all levels and drive projects forward. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience in IT applications solution delivery, 2 of which are at the project management level, including experience in business analysis, project management, and application design and development.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent customer service skills.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Master’s Degree Preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
