POEA Job Position: Electrical & Mechanical Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Experience in handling full cycle of building service projects and proven track record with strong
background in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Design.
• Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and authority submission process.
• Confident and have strong presentation & communication skills.

Job Description:
• Planning and Design of Electrical engineering works for building services projects to deliver buildable
design within a timely manner, and economical service to meet client’s requirement.
• Check electrical plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
• Monitoring and ensuring that the work progress is within the schedules.
• Follow the scope of work, construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix.
