Qualifications :

• Super visory experience with the knowledge and experience in preparing primal cuts of meat into a variety of smaller cuts intended for sale in a retail environment
• Prepare meat products, maintain meat department, and perform special order meat product requests.
• Must have full rnowledge and experience of a meat department and skills. Ability to work independently.
• High school graduate and have at least 5 years of experience
